Airmed's Remedy - Pain Relieving Salve
I formulated this salve for my Husband and myself who both deal with nerve pain, his from nerve damage and mine from pregnancy sciatic. This pain relieving salve is a wonderful remedy that caters to all different types of pain ranging from joint pain, inflammation, swelling, muscle aches, arthritis and more.
Comprised of herbs that specifically target these aliments, like Frankincense for inflammation and being an antiseptic and anti-bacterial. Myrrh for its antimicrobial, anti-fungal and astringent properties.
Comfrey leaf because it contains allantoin, which helps new skin cells to grow and can produce rapid healing affects which can heal bruises, pulled muscles and ligaments, fractures and sprains.
Plantain leaf can fight inflammation and boosts the skin’s natural barrier. It can also help heal wounds and inflamed skin.
St. Johns Wort also has antibacterial, antioxidant, and antiviral properties. Because of its anti-inflammatory properties, it has been applied to the skin to help heal wounds and burns. has antibacterial properties and may also help fight inflammation. Applied topically, it may relieve symptoms associated with minor wounds and skin irritation.
Hemp Seed Oil is packed with omega-6 and omega-3 fatty acids along with Gamma-linoleic acid which can reduce inflammation, and help relieve rheumatoid arthritis.
